084 COUNTRY MORNING - WILD TURKEYS

Add to Cart Add to Lightbox Download
Southern Black Hills, South Dakota In a time-honored tradition, fall flocks of wild turkey daily leave their morning tree-top roosts to saunter through grassy meadows and streamside woodlands on a daily scavenger hunt for late season grasshoppers, cedar berries and other morsels they can reap from autumns harvest. Soon, aspen gold will fade to gray, winter snows will fly and the turkeys will retreat to the shelter of the pine woodlands to wait out the winter.
